The other ball pulls out 20 minutes before gametime leaving me in doldrums since i had fully paid for my game. Club mentioned i need to seek refund from deemples. I argued that the club misrepresented their policy on the app. The staff Yoges keep mentioning that the policy is not theirs but it's from Deemples which does not make sense to me. Club set rules, deemples just post and does not set rules for the club. The whole experience was a nightmare. Unlikely to return.” Read more
