Deemples Pass lives entirely in the app: you join in under a minute, see live tee-time availability with your member rate already applied, and book and pay on the spot. It also goes well beyond green fees — extra cashback on every round, golf vouchers, lifestyle perks with our partners, a verified handicap, and members-only events, all tracked in one place. It does cost a little more than an offline programme, and that's deliberate: you're paying for everything to be instant, and for the rewards that keep paying you back round after round.

Submit your scores in the app and we sync them to the MGA, who calculate your official Handicap Index under the World Handicap System — recognised at tournaments worldwide. Registering for a new MGA NHS number and syncing your scores are Plus and Plus 2-Year benefits; Basic displays the Handicap Index of a number you already have.

It's your identifier in Malaysia's handicap system. The MGA (Malaysian Golf Association) runs the NHS (National Handicap System), which follows the WHS (World Handicap System) used worldwide. Once you have a number, the scores you post build your official Handicap Index.

Your Deemples handicap is an in-app estimate based on the rounds you play on Deemples — useful for matching up with other golfers, but not official. Your Handicap Index is the official figure held by the MGA and calculated under the World Handicap System, and it's the one tournaments accept. You'll see both on your profile.

Both plans show your official Handicap Index on your Deemples profile — the difference is what happens to it. Basic displays a number you already hold. Plus keeps it moving: register for a new MGA NHS number through us or link the one you have, and we submit your scores to the MGA on your behalf — rounds you book on Deemples are sent in for you, and rounds you play anywhere else you can submit from the app with a photo of your card. So if you don't have a number yet, or you want your handicap staying current without filing anything yourself, Plus is the one. Plus 2-Year is the same benefit over two years.

If it's an MGA NHS number, yes — enter it during sign-up and we'll link it to your Pass, then keep your Handicap Index in sync. A handicap issued by another country's golf association can't be transferred; you'd register for an MGA NHS number instead, which is included on Plus and Plus 2-Year.

Yes. An MGA NHS number isn't limited to Malaysians — register with your passport in place of an IC and the rest works exactly the same. What can't be done is bringing an existing handicap across: one held with another country's association can't be transferred to the MGA, so you'd register for a new MGA NHS number instead. That's included on Plus and Plus 2-Year.

Quickly. When you enter an MGA NHS number you already hold, we send it straight to the MGA to confirm — usually verified within a few minutes. You'll get a notification the moment it goes through, and your Handicap Index appears on your profile. If the number doesn't check out we'll let you know so you can correct it and resubmit. A brand new number is different — that one takes about two weeks for the MGA to issue.

We pass your details to the MGA, and once they issue your number you'll get an email with it and everything you need to start posting scores. It usually takes around two weeks — we're automating more of this to bring that down, so bear with us while we work on it. The number also shows on your Deemples profile, and your Handicap Index appears there once the MGA has scores to calculate it from.

Once your MGA NHS number is verified and showing in the app, open your profile and tap Handicap Score Submissions. Choose the course and the date you played, enter your scores along with the course and slope rating from the card, and attach a photo of the scorecard. Send it in within seven days of the round — one submission per course per date — and our team reviews it and passes it to the MGA. You'll get a notification once it's approved. Submitting outside rounds is a Plus and Plus 2-Year benefit, and the option appears only after your number comes back verified.

Ace a qualifying hole in a game booked on Deemples and you win a Mizuno custom-fitted driver worth RM5,000 — Mizuno is putting up four of them, RM20,000 in total, for the first four aces in year one. Depending on where the Deemples prize pool stands at the time, you may also get a voucher payout on top of the driver.

Tell the clubhouse straight away and get the insurance payout form filled in, and make sure you have a photo or video as proof. Then open the Pass section in the app and tap Claim Hole-in-One Prize — our team takes it from there. Get your claim in within seven days of the round, or it may not be eligible.

The Jackpot carries on as the Deemples prize pool — paid in vouchers for future bookings rather than a driver. The pool grows as the membership grows, so the amount depends on where it stands when your ace is verified.

The winning member takes the prize pool balance as it stands when their ace is verified, and the pool starts building again from there. Every Pass membership — new or renewed — adds to it, so it grows with the community. Only active Pass members can win it, and we may cap a single payout so there's something left for the next winner.
