The Johor Bahru Golfers Club (JBGC) plays a competition every month. All members are eligible to win prizes and order of merit points for each competition.
There were a few delays and cancelations for January and February competitions due to the Movement Control Order (MCO 2.0). Despite that, the JBGC finally had its first game of the year on 21 Feb 2021, Sunday 12:30PM at Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort.
Out of 14 players who played, 10 were JBGC members, and 4 were guests.
After a quick 18 hole round, Mark Aaron Jesudass emerged as the winner with a super solid net 66, 7 strokes ahead of 2nd place Ifran Moha with a net 73. Wan Amie came in 3rd with net 76, Rashid Othman at 4th also with a net 76, and completing the top 5 is M Hadi with a net 77.
Host Kapten K'RuL Hairulnizam came in 6th with a net 77. As the fight was close, and every position gained a different prize, so everyone was fighting tooth and nail to get up the leaderboard.
Moreover, prizes included items from CLV, Gutty, and cash prizes for the winners!
