For instance, every tree on the course was taken into account in order to preserve as much of them as possible. This 18-hole, par-72 course is nestled in a preserved natural environment surrounded by a beautiful oil palm plantation which offers the best views.
The course itself is sat on a hill which makes for an interesting and fun game of golf. Take, for example, the first nine is quite mountainous which makes up for the lack of water and sand hazards. However, there is a cheeky bunker between two trees on par-4 ninth that might catch you by surprise. Plus, another notable hole is par-4 fourteenth, the longest par-4 out of all at over 430 meters. Similarly, par-5 seventh is also quite demanding given its location which is at the top of a really steep hill.
Overall, Gemas Golf Resort offers an amazing golfing experience while providing you with a landscape one can only hope to see.
