Business Policy

As part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction in Thailand, Deemples has implemented the following business policies.

For Businesses Selling Physical Goods

Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high demand periods. We will notify you in case of any delays.
Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds: Refunds are available for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that have been used or altered.

For Businesses Providing Services

Cancellation: Service bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Refunds: Refunds for canceled services are processed within 7 business days. In the case of a cancellation fee, the refund will be the total amount paid minus the cancellation fee.
