This is needed in my opinion as greens and surrounding areas have been abysmal for awhile. I think they tried everything (punching and sanding) but it comes down to poor roots, etc. Try 9 hole twilight deal visiting here at around 3:30PM. You can either play mountain or ocean 9 holes for around 900 Thai Baht total including caddy fee/tip. Around 3-4PM it doesn't have that many players on the course so you should be able to finish 9 holes walking within 2 hours. It's one of the best deals in entire Pattaya to play a round of golf in the afternoon. You can definitely play 18 holes in the morning then play another 9 holes. It has one of the best short game practice area as well (The driving range also has fairway bunker practice too with 50 baht per tray) and does not charge 200 Thai Baht like Siam Waterside to putt and chip.
