Opened in 2008, it was the first international-friendly course in the area and hosted the 2010 Asian Seniors. The course features a straightforward front nine with wide fairways and flat greens, while the back nine offers more challenge and variety. Playing to nearly 7,000 yards from the longest tees, Dancoon's layout is open and flat with some bare patches and light rough. The greens are average in size with consistent quality and gentle undulations. Signature hole 11 is a standout par-3 with an island green and water hazards on ten holes add to the challenge. The clubhouse includes large locker rooms, showers, and an open restaurant serving Thai cuisine.
