Greens are the biggest letdown—uneven, slow, and visibly stressed, with poor roll and minimal true feedback on putts. From a golfer’s perspective, this course currently lacks basic maintenance discipline. There’s a clear execution gap between what the facility should represent and what it actually delivers on the ground. Until turf management, drainage, and upkeep are meaningfully improved, it’s hard to justify repeat play—especially when there are stronger alternatives in the market offering far better value and playability.
