Fairways are patchy with visible bare spots and inconsistent turf coverage, resulting in unpredictable lies that undermine the overall game experience. Greens are the biggest letdown—uneven, slow, and visibly stressed, with poor roll and minimal true feedback on putts. From a golfer’s perspective, this course currently lacks basic maintenance discipline. There’s a clear execution gap between what the facility should represent and what it actually delivers on the ground. Until turf management, drainage, and upkeep are meaningfully improved, it’s hard to justify repeat play—especially when there are stronger alternatives in the market offering far better value and playability. Staff checked our clothing, told us it was acceptable, cleared us to play, and only then charged us 331 RM for booking and caddy and 230 RM for three sets of club hire. We paid because we were explicitly approved to play. Then, on the fourth hole, another group arrived claiming to be the owners and suddenly said our clothing was not allowed. We were told to buy shorts from them or leave immediately with no refund, despite already being approved, charged, and allowed to play multiple holes. This is not a misunderstanding — this is changing rules mid-round after taking payment. It felt targeted, intimidating, and completely unprofessional, especially toward young international visitors. No apology. No refund. No accountability. Avoid this club if you expect fairness or basic professionalism.” Read more
