Signage is badly needed — the club should really improve this. ⛳ Course Layout (5/5) Loved it. Smart, challenging design with plenty of water hazards. You’ll need strategy over distance. Holes by the river are a highlight. 🌱 Fairways (4/5) Well maintained — not PGA level, but among the better ones around Saigon. ⛳ Greens (3/5) Easy to read, but painfully slow. If you’re used to fast greens, it’ll throw you off. 🧢 Caddies (4/5) Professional, knowledgeable, respectful. They don’t flirt or overstep boundaries — a welcome change from many courses in Vietnam. 🚿 Facilities (1/5) This was a shock. Dirty locker rooms, insects on the walls, and showers that felt less hygienic than going without. Avoid the showers. Management really needs to fix this — basic hygiene isn’t optional. 💰 Price/Value (4/5) With our discount, it was great value. Regular pricing might be too high considering the poor facilities. 🎯 Overall: If you care about the game, not the clubhouse, this course is absolutely worth trying.
