If you depart from My Dinh, Kyongnam, Hanoi, you should expect the drive to take about 1.5 to 1.5 hours if you leave in the morning. The downside is that you should allow at least two hours for the return trip, as the traffic is terrible. The scenery is nice, but since there are no places to eat nearby, it is actually best to eat at the resort and return. The course is more fun than expected, has plenty of hazards and great views, and offers good value for money, so it is worth a visit. Oh, and as a side note, regarding the ramen at breakfast, they seem to get the water level just right for the ramen better than any other golf course near Hanoi (actually, including all the restaurants at the 19th hole).
