Huey Chuin has been hosting games on Deemples for forever, organising some amazing games. Huey’s Mixed Pairing Competition on 26 Sep was definitely a success.🤩
The mixed pairing concept was a cool idea from Huey Chuin to encourage more women golfers to come out. 11 women and 21 men participated, where the 11 women had the honors of drawing their men partners. This on-the-spot drawing process for partners ensured excitement, laughter, and amusement that could be heard from all over the club!
The game was held at Bukit Unggul with their gradient and tight fairways! 12:30 pm tee off, and dinner and prize presentation was served after.
Coming in the first place was the team of Joanne Wong and Kapten K'RuL having a combined stableford point of 70, beating 3 other pairs tied at 69 points.
The 3 pairs tied at 69 were:

May Ho / Hon Ahsun
Anne Lim / Dr. Radha
It was a super close match and most importantly everyone had fun! Thanks to sponsors Caerus for providing prizes for the winners! On top of that, there was a speech by the host Huey Chuin and also lucky draw prizes.
