Deemples joined Selangor Accelerator Programme 2019. We were very fortunate to have been selected to be a part of the program as a golf startup. The information and knowledge that we were exposed to were priceless. The connections that we made there with other startups were also very valuable.
The Selangor Accelerator Programme (SAP) started its journey from 2018. They managed to raise a huge sum of funds and this year they are bigger and better than before.
They selected 30 startups from 102 applicants. Their mission is to boost local startups to be investor-ready and push them to keep growing. This is a 4-month intensive program to polish the startups.
All these startups were different from each other. But everyone brought something different to the table, and we were very lucky to have the chance to learn from each other. We discussed successes and more important failures, so we know how to navigate around them in our own journey.

- BeWe - Community powered Platform

- Anak2U - A school management system specialized for early education center
- WEDDING WE - Wedding planning without the hassle.
The SAP is still ongoing as we speak, with the final demo day slated for July 20th, 2019 at the Selangor Digital Creative Center. We encourage every startup to look out for opportunities to participate next year round.
Deemples was built so that golfers could golf whenever and wherever they wanted to. Golfers just had to join available games on the app, or create a game and let others join the game. This program helped us to decide how to proceed towards our goal, in terms of Marketing as well as SEO.
